Lean Management

Lean manufacturing is being utilized by businesses of all sizes today. Although it took a few years to become the success to large corporations have pushed lean manufacturing down to very small organizations. We at Exponential have been inculcating Lean Manufacturing practices from past 4 years. Kaizen events are conducted on an ongoing basis in EEPL to achieve a state of "lean".

Current Lean Practices in EEPL are

• Development of communication and feedback channel for everyone
• Facility analysis to determine the gap between current state and state of "lean"
• Implementation of 5 S in workplace as it is critical step for any lean initiative.
• Maximum usage of SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) to reduce setup time.
• Currently working on implementation of Value Stream Mapping to determine the losses across the process.
